Bespoke Process

Step 1 : Free Consultation
Your Bespoke journey begins with a free 15 minute consultation conducted via a face to face meeting, a video call or email and messenger.
This is your opportunity to give as much information and inspiration as you can in order for me to translate your wishes into the initial design idea.
This is the brief stage, where I gain insight into what the piece is about and what it represents. I leave the consultation with a clear idea of what your desired vision. and any requirements and budget you have in mind.
Step 2 : Free Quotation
Following your personal consultation where a clear idea of what you want is translated, along with any images or inspiration, I move forward to the next stage. I calculate your free quote to give an estimate of how much it will cost to produce your bespoke piece of jewellery.
At this point I offer a few different options to suit each client depending on their budget and material options.
Step 3 : The Design Stage
Following your free consultation and free quotation, we move on to the design stage. At this point a non refundable Design fee is taken in exchange for the time and effort involved in producing a 3D model of your design.
I use the latest CAD technology and software to design and create your bespoke piece and produce high quality realistic rendered images for your approval This allows you to see what your Masterpiece will look like, any changes or adjustments you would like to make.
Step 4 : The Proceed to Production
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the design, and you have given your beautifully rendered design images your seal of approval.
That gives me the green light to proceed to produce your bespoke piece of jewellery. At this point I require a 50% non refundable deposit.
On average each bespoke piece takes around 4- 6 weeks from this green light stage to completion.
Step 5 : Signed, Sealed and Sent with Love
Along the journey I keep you up to date with the process of your bespoke order.
On completion I require payment in full prior to shipping your order.
